Is there a free data trial available?

Yes!

We have made a monthly free trial of 100MB available to subscribers in areas we have recently moved into.  If you don’t see the free trial option then it is likely we have turned it off as we have completed  the testing phase of our network in your area.

To access the free trial you need to register when you access a Zenzele hotspot.  You will sell a screen like the one below.  You click the 100MB Free Trial button to register for your free trial.  You will be required to enter in your contact information.  Make sure you enter the details in correctly.

You will be shown a screen that looks like the one below. Click the blue Create an Account button.

You will be required to enter in your contact information.  Make sure you enter the details in correctly. Be careful to enter in your mobile number correctly as an SMS with a code will be sent to that number. If you enter the wrong number you will not be able to receive the code. You must choose a password and remember it so that you can use it again if needed. Once you have entered your details correctly click the ‘Register Now’ button.

After clicking the ‘Register Now’ button you will be shown a screen that looks like the one below. Check your phone to see if a new SMS has been received starting with the words ‘Your free wifi verification code is’. There will be a 4 letter code after those words that you must type into the ‘Verification Code’ box on the screen shown below. After typing in the code click the ‘Verify Account’ button.

After clicking the ‘Verify Account’ button you will be shown a screen that looks like the one below. You are now able to access the internet!
